Shipping

Every order ships from our studio in Alexander, North Carolina, by USPS First Class. Orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 5 business days unless the product page says otherwise; orders placed at the weekend or on a holiday start processing the next business day. Pre-order and made-to-order items show their own timing on the product page.

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; orders under $100 ship for a flat $5.50.

Once your order ships you will get an email with tracking; allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan. Most orders arrive within the window shown at checkout, though we cannot guarantee a delivery date once a parcel is with the carrier.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will put it right wherever we can. Please check your shipping address before you complete checkout; parcels returned for an incorrect or incomplete address may need a second shipping charge before we can resend them.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened kit or unused accessory in its original packaging, and return postage is on us: contact us first and we will send you a prepaid label. Opened diamond painting kits can only be returned if the pattern is unreadable or the drills arrived spilled or damaged, and we will ask for a photo. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are printed for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. Full terms are in our refund policy.
